Location Data
- The App may request access to your device’s precise location to display your position on maps and assist with marking fishing spots.
- Location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted or stored on external servers by us.
- Location services can be enabled or disabled at any time through your device settings.
- The App does not track your location in the background.
Data You Create (Fishing Spots, Catch Logs, Preferences)
- Any fishing spots, catch logs, and user preferences you create are stored locally on your device.
- These are not uploaded, shared, or transmitted unless you explicitly choose to share/export.
- Shared data is only shared through manual user action.
Third-Party Services
Device Permissions
- Location Access: For displaying your position on maps and marking fishing spots.
- Storage Access: To save fishing spots, catch logs, and app preferences locally.
- Camera/Gallery Access: To allow selecting photos for catch logs.
- Notifications: For local notifications about weather or fishing conditions (all notifications are generated on-device).
All permissions are optional and can be denied without blocking core access to public river and weather data.
Data Security
Since we do not store personal data on servers, your data remains under your control on your device.
User Control
- You can deny or revoke location and storage permissions at any time via your device settings.
- You can delete app data directly from your device.
- Sharing of fishing spots is initiated manually by the user.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
